Edinburgh based Ambergreen has teamed up with North American DAC Group to accelerate growth and increase international footprint.
Joining DAC Group allows Ambergreen to strengthen its core services, while retaining its status as an independently operating unit within the group.
Being part of the DAC network brings access to sophisticated technology that optimises local, social, and multi-device campaigns, helping brands reach consumers and build connections by telling the right story to the right people at the right time.
Ambergreen is the second UK agency to join the rapidly-expanding digital performance marketing agency in the past 18 months. DAC Group already has six North American offices and is expected to announce further expansion in Europe by the end of 2016.
Cultural alignment, entrepreneurial spirit, and a mutual desire to create outstanding results for clients were key attributes in the decision to join forces. The move will also benefit Ambergreen’s experienced team by providing the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise even further within an international business; ensuring Ambergreen’s people continue to stay ahead of the curve.
According to Tino Nombro, CEO of Ambergreen:
“Having established Ambergreen in 2001, we have been at the leading edge of digital marketing since the phrase was first used. For the past two years, we have been developing our business by making improvements to our breadth and depth of client solutions in response to ongoing changes in the digital landscape. DAC’s technology is uniquely positioned to take advantage of local ecosystems for national brands.”
Founded in 2001 by owners Tino Nombro and Grant Whiteside, Ambergreen has built its reputation as a leading digital marketing agency working with a multi-sector client base including Hotel Chocolat, PwC, The Elder Scrolls and Turquoise Holidays.
DAC Group, which is headquartered in Toronto and was founded in 1972, is independently owned and offers a range of integrated digital marketing services, custom technology, and strategic consulting.
Ambergreen’s plan now is to focus on accelerating its growth and creating opportunities to expand solutions for its clients.
